Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Bootcamp 2026 with IMFA
About the Programme
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar, through its Research and Entrepreneurship Park (REP), inaugurated a five-day Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Bootcamp for Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd. (IMFA) on 13 October 2026. The programme is designed to strengthen the technical competencies of young engineering professionals and bridge the gap between academic learning and industrial practice.
The bootcamp brings together 10 Graduate Engineer Trainees, comprising five trainees from Mining Engineering and five from Metallurgical Engineering. Through a structured blend of foundational learning, domain-specific technical training, and applied problem-solving, the programme aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the ferrochrome industry’s mining-to-metal value chain.
